Internet booking policies
We reserve the right to reject online reservations that do not comply with our policies as listed below. Please review room descriptions so that you have full knowledge of the features and location of your room prior to booking. Any changes made in your reservation within the two weeks prior to check-in may result in additional cost and availability of other rooms cannot be guaranteed. We encourage to make your reservation online AND to call us with any questions that you may have.
General Policies
Hosted check-in is between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Requests for an early check in or notification of a late arrival should be addressed to the innkeeper. We cannot guarantee that late arrivals will be able to access the buildings without prior notification.
We require a two night stay on weekends. Holidays that fall on either Friday or Monday may require a three night minimum stay. Rates and policies are subject to change.
No smoking is allowed on our premises per Talbot County regulations. A cleaning charge of $250 will be billed for smoking within the rooms or buildings. Due to safety concerns and fire code regulations, candles are not allowed.
We accept cash, travelers checks, Visa, and Mastercard credit cards. In addition, gift certificates are available for purchase.
Full house Bookings or Multi-room Bookings

Cancellations
If you cancel or alter your reservation within 14 days of arrival, you will be charged the full amount of your stay. If we are able to rebook your room, we will be pleased to offer you an Old Brick Inn gift card for the value of your stay minus a $100 administration fee.
Full house bookings require a minimum cancellation notice of 90 days.
Cancellations are NOT accepted by email or through a message on the phone.
No call/no shows are billed for the full stay.
Occupancy
Room rates are based on double occupancy. In rooms suitable for three guests, a $60/night fee will be added for an additional guest. To secure the comfort and enjoyment of all of our guests, we do not allow children under 10.
Our facilities are for the use of registered guests only. A minimum fee of $125.00 per person will be charged to your credit card for non-registered guest use of facilities at the Old Brick Inn, and your reservation may be terminated. Kemp House guests may not have pool privileges if a private party reserves the main building.
